In an interview with Dong A Ilbo, Dr. Ryu emphasized IPK's role in engaging with domestic bio venture companies and actively share research results in order to elevate Korea's scientific research environment. He also explained that IPK will leverage its research capability on infectious diseases and investigate a more diverse number of virus families that haven't been studied in Korea previously, which will lead to more first-in-class drug discoveries.
