Pangyo, Gyeonggi, 2 Mar, 2017 | Institut Pasteur Korea announces March 2 ~ March 15, 2017 is the enrollment period for the University of Science and Technology (UST) - IPK 2017 autumn semester master’s & doctoral programs. The UST-IPK program (Major: Biological Chemistry) is a hands-on, on-site Research & Discovery education program designed for graduate students interested in infectious disease research and drug discovery.

Founded in 2004, UST aims to foster highly qualified R&D professionals in the field of new convergence technology through on-site R&D education. IPK became a member campus in 2014 and is the only non-profit research organization on the 33 member campus roster.

Space is limited as only 4 students will be allowed to participate. General admission for Koreans is March 9 ~ March 15, 2017 and special admission for foreigners and Koreans living overseas is March 2 ~ March 15, 2017. The institute was established in April 2004 in collaboration with Institut Pasteur Paris and the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), with support from the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP). IPK also has a great supporter in the Gyeonggi Provincial government (2005 – 2015 : Block funding | 2016 – Present : drug discovery co-resarch fund for pharm industries).
