Position
-Chief Executive Officer of Institut Pasteur Korea

Qualifications

• -Highly experienced research scientist with an excellent publication record and international reputation in basic science and translational research including: infectious biology, microbiology (viruses, bacteria or parasites) and cell biology

• -Extensive leadership, team building and management skills as head of an academic research department or similar situation,

• -Successfully recruited junior and senior faculty and technical staff,

• -Successfully created new research groups, and assisted them to achieve excellence,

• -Excellent track record in research funding through national and international research grants and management of research consortia,

• -Experience in translating research discoveries into pharmaceutical developments, including patents and licenses,

• -Strong links with pharmaceutical industries in the field of infection research and development

• -The working language of the institute is English
