for participants of Myongji Hospital 'Lee Jong-Wook Fellowship’ Program supported by KOFIH


 
Institute Pasteur Korea (IPK) held an infectious disease expert training program on September 5th for participants of the Myongji Hospital 'Lee Jong-Wook Fellowship’ supported by KOFIH.







The 12 trainees invited from Asian and African countries were given an introduction to IPK's activities and looked around the R&D facilities. They attended lectures on IPK’s projects in the fields of diagnostics and biobank, such as 'Global Biobank specializes in infectious disease,' 'IAEA-supported HEV diagnostic Kits development,' 'Liver cancer prognosis diagnostic kits development,' and 'Smartphone-based method for Malaria Diagnostic.'







Dr. LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program is a training program designed to invite the global healthcare workforce from partner countries in order to build their competence.
This program was conducted by the Myongji Hospital Official Development Assistance (ODA) Project Team.


IPK will continue to contribute to the international research collaboration and educational support.
