In recognition of the 2022 International Women's Day, Institut Pasteur Korea (IPK) took part in observing this year's theme presented by the United Nations, “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.”

While sharing handmade cookies with all executives and employees, IPK CEO Dr. Youngmee Jee said, “The members of IPK who are 65% female and 35% male pursue gender equality by putting utmost effort into their respective roles and close cooperation.” “The institutional culture that respects each other’s expertise and differences beyond the gender differences provides the fundamental base for IPK’s sustainable growth.” Last year on 2021 International Women’s Day, Dr. Jee encouraged female employees by sharing roses.
